Nicola is a highly experienced Case Manager and Occupational Therapist, supporting adults and children with complex needs.  She brings extensive experience from the NHS, social care and private rehabilitation sectors, delivering person centred, outcome focused care.

Kate is a confident and experienced Registered Adult Nurse with 19 years experience across acute and complex community care settings.  Since 2018 she has specialised in delivering and managing complex care within the community, combining strong clinical expertise with a holistic, patient centred approach.

Debbie is a confident and experienced Registered Nurse with over 20 years experience.

She has special expertise in mental health including schizophrenia, psychosis, bipolar disorder and complex personality disorders.  Debbie has run triage clinics in depression, anxiety, depression and PTSD.

Debbie engages with all parties throughout the rehabilitation journey, ensuring that support plans are shaped around each individual‘s requirements.  She also consults with relevant specialists across internal teams and external services to help deliver thorough, evidence informed care plans.

Karen is a social worker and experienced case manager.  Karen has considerable experience in brain injury cases and she demonstrates a strong commitment to her clients, making sure their needs are met as fully as possible.
